Pink Silk Flow™ is a menstrual wellness and heavy flow management app. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and what choices users have.
Users may enter cycle dates, pad usage, flow intensity, symptoms, medication/supplement logs, product inventory, emergency contact details, comments, and wellness notes.
In local-only mode, information is stored on the user’s device/browser. If account sync is enabled, information may be stored on the Pink Silk Flow™ server so the user can access it across sessions.
Information is used to display cycle estimates, heavy flow guidance, product reminders, emergency preparation, wellness summaries, and user-generated reports.
We do not sell personal wellness information. Information is not shared with advertisers. If community features are enabled, users should avoid posting identifying or sensitive medical details publicly.
Menstrual cycle, symptom, and heavy flow entries may be considered sensitive health information. Users should only enter information they are comfortable storing in the app.
Users may delete local device data from inside the app. Account users may request account and server data deletion using the instructions on the data deletion page.
We use reasonable technical safeguards, including HTTPS hosting, secure cookies for account sessions, and password hashing in the prototype backend. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
The app is not intended for children under 13. If you intend to support teen users, consult legal counsel for parental consent and youth privacy requirements.
